By accessing or using vijilan.com or any affiliated Vijilan website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Site is provided for informational and business development purposes — including learning about Vijilan's services, submitting inquiries, and accessing publicly available resources. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site without permission

Vijilan makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Vijilan makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the Site.

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice. Your use of the Site and any content obtained through it is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIJILAN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss — even if Vijilan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability of Vijilan is established, Vijilan's total aggregate liability to you arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed USD $100.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software — is owned by or licensed to Vijilan Security Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on the Site transfers any ownership rights to you.

You may access and view Site content for your own informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without Vijilan's prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Vijilan does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any dispute over privacy is subject to these Terms, including the limitation of liability and governing law provisions below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We encourage you to contact us first at info@vijilan.com to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No Waiver — Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights.
• Entire Agreement — These Terms and the Privacy Notice constitute the complete agreement between you and Vijilan with respect to use of the Site. They do not modify any separate service agreement.
• Language — These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the English version governs.
