Do support tickets come to us?
No. Support runs through Vijilan, into the customer and into you for commercial matters only.
How does this sit with CrowdStrike licensing we already sell?
It sits alongside it. AgentDefend is the managed service wrapped around CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian, which runs on the Falcon sensor the customer already has.
What is CPSP?
CrowdStrike Powered Service Provider is a CrowdStrike partner program designation held by Vijilan. It is a program designation, not a certification or an audit.
