AgentDefend requires CrowdStrike Falcon on the endpoints in scope. Falcon Guardian is a module of the Falcon sensor, not a separate agent, and it is supported on Windows and macOS.

Priced per endpoint in scope and quoted against your estate. Rates are not published; partners see them in the Partner Portal after verification.

What is AgentDefend?

AgentDefend is Vijilan’s fully managed AI security service, powered by CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian. Vijilan deploys Falcon Guardian, manages your AI policy, and watches your AI tools and agents 24/7, with a named team that knows your environment.

Do we need anything new installed?

No. It runs on the CrowdStrike Falcon sensor you already have on your Windows and macOS endpoints, so there is nothing new to deploy to the estate.

Does AI make the containment decisions?

No. Response is human-governed: automation removes the delay, and a Vijilan analyst authorizes consequential action such as blocking an agent or isolating a host.

How is it delivered?

As one fully managed service in three phases. Deploy is onboarding, Sustain is AI policy management, and Operate is the 24/7 AI SOC. All three are part of the service.

Can we buy it through our IT provider?

Yes. Vijilan sells through MSP and MSSP partners, through VARs and distributors, and direct to mid-market and enterprise. We never compete with our partners for their clients.
