For partners

Put your name on it. We will do the work.

Offer your clients and prospects up to 3 security assessments across 60 days at no cost. You send the email. Our engineers do the assessments. The relationship stays yours, and so does the credit.

How it works

A partner requests a campaign and we approve it, usually within a business day. The partner gets a link of their own and a set of emails written to be sent from their domain, under their signature, to their own list. We never receive that list.

When one of their prospects opens the link, the page names the partner as the firm that arranged the offer. The prospect chooses up to 3 assessments, Vijilan engineers run them across 60 days on CrowdStrike Falcon, and every lead the campaign produces is recorded against that partner. Vijilan never competes with a partner for that partner's clients.

What you are given

A link, and the words around it. Nothing you have to install.

Emails you can send today

Five templates across cold prospects, existing clients and post-review follow-ups, in two registers: one that names us, one that names only you.

A link that credits you

Your campaign link carries a code. Every submission it produces is recorded against your campaign before anyone picks up the phone.

Your name on the page

Your prospect lands on a page that names you as the firm that arranged it, so the offer reads as yours rather than as a vendor promotion.

Request your campaign

We approve campaigns by hand, because the name you give here appears on our site. Already have a campaign? Enter the same work email and we will hand your link straight back.

The emails

Written to be sent by you. Not forwarded from us.

These name Vijilan as the SOC behind the assessment. Most partners want this: a named provider carries weight when you are offering sixty days of engineering work for nothing.

Cold prospect

Someone who knows your name but has never bought from you.

Subject
Sixty days of security assessments for {{company}}, on us
{{first_name}},

We have arranged something for a small number of the organizations we work with and I would like {{company}} to be one of them.

Our security operations partner, Vijilan, is running up to three security assessments over sixty days at no cost. Real work by a named engineer on CrowdStrike Falcon, not an automated scan with a logo on it. At the end, that engineer walks you through what they found, including the parts where you are already in good shape.

You pick which three worry you most: external attack surface, identity threat assessment, cloud posture assessment, vulnerability & exposure review, endpoint detection review, or siem & log readiness.

There is no charge, no card, and no obligation. You keep the findings and the remediation guidance whether or not anything follows.

Happy to walk you through it first if you would rather start there.

Something I want to run for you before year end
{{first_name}},

You and I have talked around security more than once without ever putting a number on where {{company}} actually stands. I would like to fix that, and I have a way to do it that costs you nothing.

Vijilan, who run the 24/7 SOC behind our security services, are giving us sixty days of assessment work for a limited number of clients. Up to three assessments, each one run by one of their engineers on CrowdStrike Falcon, each one ending with a conversation rather than a PDF.

I would pick the identity and endpoint reviews for you, but you know your environment. The link lets you choose.

If it turns up nothing, that is a good result and we will both sleep better. If it turns up something, we will have the detail to do something about it.

Following up on what we flagged
{{first_name}},

Following on from our review: the two areas we flagged are exactly what this covers, and I would rather measure them than keep estimating.

Vijilan, our security operations partner, will run up to three assessments for {{company}} across sixty days at no cost. Their engineers, their SOC, CrowdStrike Falcon underneath, and a named person who walks you through the findings at the end.

Choosing takes about a minute: http://localhost:40361/assessments?via=your-campaign-link

I will keep an eye on it from my side and we can go through the results together.

Questions partners ask

Who runs the assessments my prospect signs up for?

Vijilan engineers, from our own SOC, on CrowdStrike Falcon modules we are licensed to resell, deploy and operate. You stay the relationship. We never compete with our partners for their clients, so a prospect you introduce is yours.

Do I have to give you my prospect list?

No, and we would rather you did not. You send the email yourself, from your own domain and your own sending tool, to a list that never reaches us. We only ever see the people who choose to click through and submit the form.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. The assessments are run at no cost to your prospect and no cost to you. What we get out of it is a conversation with an organization that has already seen how we work.

Can I keep Vijilan out of it entirely?

In the email, yes. The white-label templates name nobody but you and describe us only as your security operations partner. The landing page itself is on vijilan.com and carries our branding, because it is our page. If you need a fully unbranded landing experience, that is a Partner Portal conversation rather than this one.

How do I know which leads came from my campaign?

Your link carries a code that is recorded on every submission it produces, and your name appears on the page your prospect lands on. When one converts we will already know it was yours before you tell us.

How long does approval take?

A business day in most cases. We check that the name you want shown is the name your clients know you by, because it will appear on our site, and then we send you the link.

Not a partner yet? Vijilan Guard is where that starts. Curious what your prospect actually sees? Open the assessment page.
