Before you ask

Do I have to leave my current IT provider to use Vijilan?

No. If you already have an MSP or internal IT team, they stay. Vijilan runs the 24/7 SOC behind them and we never compete with our partners for their clients. If you would rather we worked with you directly, that is available too, and if you would prefer a specialist partner in your region we will introduce you to one.

Which CrowdStrike Falcon modules can Vijilan deploy and manage?

Endpoint detection and response with next-gen antivirus, identity protection across Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365, exposure management, and Falcon Next-Gen SIEM for log retention and search across the wider estate. We deploy them, tune them, and our analysts act on what they produce. Vijilan is a CrowdStrike Powered Service Provider.

What happens after I sign up?

A person reads it, not an autoresponder. You get a reply with a scoping conversation offered at a time that suits you, and the option of a free ThreatAssess external attack surface assessment first so the conversation is about your actual exposure rather than a generic deck.

Do I need to buy CrowdStrike licenses before talking to you?

No. ThreatDefend is our stack and our SOC, which means Falcon is included in what we deploy and run. If you already own Falcon licenses, ThreatRespond wraps what you have instead. Either way the license question is part of the scoping conversation, not a prerequisite for it.
