How much does 24/7 CrowdStrike monitoring cost for a small business?
It is priced per device, per month, in three tiers that each include everything in the one below: Basic covers laptops, workstations and servers; Plus adds identity monitoring with breach alerts for email and credentials; Complete adds exposure management, social media scanning and priority support. Every tier includes 24/7 SOC monitoring, compliance reporting and the CrowdStrike Falcon license. Vijilan does not publish its rates, so you will see your exact total on the secure checkout page before you pay anything, with no call in between. Paying for a year upfront saves at least 20%. If you already work with an IT provider, they can deliver the same service to you instead.
How long until it is running?
Your tenant is stood up within 24 hours of signing up. You get an email with your access link when it is live. Nothing to install before then, and no call required to start.
Do I need to already own CrowdStrike?
No. The CrowdStrike Falcon license is included, deployed by Vijilan and watched by our SOC. If you do already own Falcon, say so when you sign up and we will run what you have instead.
What does the 24/7 part actually mean?
A Vijilan analyst is on shift at all hours, not an alert that lands in your inbox at 3am. When something is confirmed, the SOC acts on it: isolating a machine, disabling an account, blocking an address. Every containment decision is made by a trained human analyst, not by an algorithm acting alone.
