What does Vijilan offer MSSPs?

Can Vijilan cover only nights and weekends?
Yes. Coverage is scoped per engagement, so an MSSP can keep business hours in house and hand Vijilan the hours it cannot staff, or route only Tier 2 and 3 escalations to us.
Does the Vijilan SOC act, or only escalate?
It acts. On ThreatRespond™ and ThreatDefend™ the SOC contains threats on every tier, from Essential up, under a runbook the MSSP approves during onboarding. Every action is logged in the MSSP’s ticketing system.
Do we keep our own SIEM and tools?
Yes. ThreatRespond™ is vendor-agnostic and works over the tools your clients already run. If you are moving to CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, NextDefend™ can deploy it, sustain it or operate it for you.
Will Vijilan sell to our clients directly?
No. Vijilan never competes with its partners for their clients. Vijilan also sells direct to mid-market and enterprise organizations that come to it without a partner.
