- Yes. Your free days count from the day you sign, and service activates when your payment arrives. The paid 12-month term runs January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, so the rest of 2026 is free.
- What does the free period cost me later?
- Nothing. Renewal is at the then-current list price, and the 15% discount stays if you prepay again.
- Can I pay monthly instead?
- Yes, at list price. The free period and the 15% discount are for annual prepay.
- Can I lock in today’s number while we decide?
- Yes. Request a quote and we hold today’s free-day count for your company for 7 days. Sign within that week and the held number applies, even as the count drops.
- What if it is not right for us?
- New customers have 30 days to tell us. After that, seats are yours to move within the company for the whole term.
- Which services does it cover?
- ThreatDefend™, NextDefend™ and AgentDefend: the fully managed services built on CrowdStrike Falcon. ThreatRespond, which wraps the security tools you already own, is not part of this offer.
